Randstad Singapore is representing a leading financial services organisation in Singapore seeking an experienced investment professional to lead portfolio management and fund research. You will oversee portfolio construction, monitor performance and aid decision-making with rigorous analysis.

• Extensive experience in portfolio management, fund research and investment analysis.
• Understanding of asset allocation and portfolio risk management.
• Ability to evaluate fund performance and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• People management experience or readiness to lead and mentor analysts.
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced Excel; Python or R are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a governance context.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee portfolio monitoring, analysis and construction activities.
• Conduct and review fund research, performance assessments and risk analysis.
• Evaluate opportunities and develop evidence-based portfolio adjustment recommendations.
• Review portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments for opportunities and risks.
• Prepare investment analysis and governance-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead improvements to investment research processes and analytical frameworks.
• Review work and provide guidance to junior investment professionals.
