Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 5 years in fund/investment management or related functions.
- Experience in investment analysis and portfolio construction.
- Good grasp of financial markets, products, and risk.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Singapore fund-management regulatory environment advantageous.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or related discipline.
- CFA/CAIA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies, mandates, and portfolio-management frameworks.
- Conduct investment research, financial analysis, and due diligence across asset classes.
- Evaluate opportunities and advise on asset allocation and security selection.
- Involves portfolio-management decisions, execution, and rebalancing per mandates.
- Monitor performance, exposures, liquidity, and market developments.
- Prepare proposals, committee papers, and performance analyses for management.
- Contribute to policies, risk-management procedures, governance, and controls.
- Assist in setting up operational arrangements with custodians and service providers.
- Support licensing preparations and development of investment-management business.
- Collaborate with senior management on new opportunities and mandates.
