Job summary

Ministry of Health (Singapore) is seeking a policy officer for the Home Care team to formulate, review and implement policy frameworks for home-based care services that help seniors age well at home. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while engaging diverse stakeholders.

You will drive the full policy development cycle, translating ground realities into policy options and securing resources for programmes. Strong analytical judgment will be essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Strong critical thinking, writing and presentation, and numeracy skills.
• Comfortable with technical complexities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, and manage different groups of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and implement policy frameworks for home-based care services.
• Support seniors to age well at home.
• Work with service providers, partner agencies and MOH divisions to formulate policies grounded in realities.
• Drive the full policy development cycle for home-based care services, from needs to evaluating outcomes.
• Synthesize data and ground-level insights to generate robust policy options and manage priorities.
