Job summary

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Relevant qualifications and/or prior experience in healthcare-related or policy-formulation roles would be an advantage but are not required
• Strong critical thinking, writing and presentation, and numeracy skills
• Comfortable with technical complexities
• Ability to work independently and as a team, and manage different groups of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies grounded in operational realities for home-based care services.
• Drive the full policy development cycle for home care, from needs analysis to strategy design and resource mobilisation.
