Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Multilingual AI and Evals to own QA and evaluation infrastructure for AI agents and localization pipelines. You will shape metrics, automate testing, and coordinate across engineering, linguists, design, and external partners.

You’ll drive cross-market shipping, design eval harnesses and golden datasets, and build scalable tooling that improves auto-publish quality before features go live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in product management.
• Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI agent systems (not just using AI tools).
• Experience with CMSes, testing infrastructure, or internal tooling counts.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the QA and evaluation gate for multilingual AI agents and localization pipelines.
• Own the annotation and evaluation workflow, ensuring measurable quality signals feed back to agent improvement.
• Build and ship an AI-driven testing tool that detects localization defects and supports automated pre-release checks.
