Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Embedded Finance to own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service. You will define strategy, partner with engineering, compliance, and legal, and shape the roadmap for card programmes on Reap's infrastructure.

You will use AI-enabled practices to accelerate output, develop precise specs, and measure success with data. The role offers a flexible hybrid/remote setup with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

• Domain Ownership & Strategy: Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service end-to-end—from problem definition and prioritisation through to delivery and iteration.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, solutions architecture, compliance, and legal to drive product outcomes; build relationships with external partners and clients.
• Product Craft: Write precise specs for engineers and for compliance; define success metrics and evaluate progress with data; maintain high quality standards.
