Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the direction, adoption, and continuous improvement of R&D's internal AI platforms. You will own the roadmap, balance user needs with costs, and mentor colleagues in product practice across Game Development, Art, Production and Admin teams.

You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business leaders to deliver from discovery through rollout, ensuring measurable value and responsible AI leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically 6 or more years of relevant experience in product management ownership of software/SaaS/internal platforms.
• Record of independently owning a roadmap and delivering measurable improvements in adoption, outcomes, service quality, or costs.
• Experience leading discovery, making priority decisions, and taking products from requirements through launch and improvement.
• Strong analytical judgement with ability to define measures and use evidence to guide decisions.
• Ability to align technical teams with business stakeholders and explain trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the assigned AI platforms and set quarterly priorities and long-term direction with R&D leadership.
• Build business cases with user evidence, benefits, costs, and risks; balance new capabilities, adoption, reliability, and costs.
• Lead discovery, interviews, and data analysis to identify problems; translate findings to clear requirements and success metrics.
• Define service quality goals, release readiness, and prioritize improvements based on impact and cost.
• Own adoption plans with business teams; run pilots, onboarding, docs, training, and local champions.
