Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Platform Engineer / Team Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms. You will lead OpenShift and Kubernetes efforts, drive GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, and mentor a team to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.

You will oversee platform architecture, automate deployments, monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, and enforce strong security posture with RBAC and policy enforcement in a hybrid/multi-cloud setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
6–8 years in systems engineering or infrastructure management.
At least 3 years in OpenShift (v4.x) or Kubernetes design/administration.
Proven experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams or as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of platform and DevOps engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering growth.
Act as escalation point for complex cloud-native infra issues.
Collaborate with software, security, and product teams to align platform with business goals.
Design, build, and maintain OpenShift clusters across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Drive GitOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Implement monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.
Enforce RBAC, network policies, and image scanning for security.
