Job summary

We seek a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to architect and scale our platform engineering foundations across multi-cluster OpenShift/Kubernetes on AWS, with a focus on resilience, security, and developer velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/platform engineering.
• 3+ years architecting and operating production Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Experience with Istio service mesh and workload identity federation.
• Proficiency in Terraform or OpenTofu for modular IaC.
• Deep AWS expertise in multi-account environments.
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-focused with SIEM, PAM, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cluster OpenShift/Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS for high availability and regional failover.
• Drive zero-trust infrastructure with Istio Ambient mesh and identity federation.
• Create self-service onboarding and infrastructure management via Terraform/OpenTofu modules.
• Standardize declarative delivery with ArgoCD and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security assessments, ADRs, and governance reviews across teams.
