Job summary

GAMMON PTE. LIMITED invites applications for a senior scheduling professional to support tender preparation at its HQ in Singapore. The role may be deployed to project sites as needed.

You will review tender specifications, develop comprehensive project programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and create narratives explaining sequencing, milestones, and assumptions while coordinating resources and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• PEB recognised degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in development and management of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.
• Competent in planning, organizing, and controlling work programmes, with a proven ability to deliver projects in accordance with required timelines.
• Has strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing for building, civil and infrastructure works.
• Demonstrates strong initiative with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Mindset to work in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

• This position will be based at Headquarters (HQ) to support tender preparation and submission, and will be deployed to project sites should the need arise
• Review and analyze tender specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
• Prepare the overall project programme, including critical path analysis, manpower histograms, S-curves, and other related schedules for tender submission
• Develop a comprehensive programme narrative to explain construction sequencing, key milestones, and time-related assumptions
• Plan and optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and plant/equipment, and prepare all resource-related submissions for the tender
• Identify potential programme risks and uncertainties that may affect project timelines and deliverables and propose mitigation and recovery measures
• Prepare and support tender interview / presentation slides related to the project programme

Education

PEB Recognised Degree in related field

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
