Senior Planning Engineer – LNG/O&G Project Schedules

Job summary

Omega 365 Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update baseline and micro schedules across the project lifecycle, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and reporting.

You will analyze schedule data, manage risks, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, and contribute to tender submissions with detailed planning documents; minimum 7 years in construction/LNG/Oil & Gas and proficiency in Primavera P6 are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with Power BI for project dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures.
• Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office advanced skills to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs, and generate management reports.
• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning.
• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.
