Omega 365 Singapore seeks an experienced Project Scheduler/Engineer to lead planning for LNG/Oil & Gas construction projects in Singapore. You will develop and maintain schedules, consolidate data from multiple stakeholders, and monitor progress to support project objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in construction, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong MS Office skills; Power BI dashboarding is a plus. Familiarity with tender planning and EOT analysis is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules (baseline and micro schedules).
• Integrate information from stakeholders for accurate planning and reporting.
• Analyze schedule risks, critical path and delays; propose mitigations.
• Estimate duration, manpower, equipment and resources for major activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations; Power BI dashboards a plus.
• Utilize MS Office to analyze performance, monitor KPIs and generate reports.
• Prepare tender planning documents including schedules and manpower histograms.
• Conduct site planning and ensure work aligns with the approved schedule.
• Prepare EOT claims, delay analysis, and supporting docs.

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.
• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives.
• Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage.
• Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs, and generate management reports.
• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning.
• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years related experiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
