Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch seeks an experienced Planning Engineer to lead planning and scheduling for complex construction projects. You will update the master programme, analyze delays, and assist the PM with monthly and weekly planning, meetings, and method statements.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EOT/variation management is essential, along with strong coordination, documentation, and progress tracking skills on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of EOT and variation management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the master project program.
• Assist PM with detailed monthly and weekly planning.
• Draft progress meeting minutes and method statements.
• Conduct delay analysis to justify EOT requirements.
• Incorporate cost and resource planning into the master programme.
• Apply Earned Value method to track progress.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis.
• Coordinate site facilities and utilization planning.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• IDD works including implementation, coordination, and daily operation
• Time to time site temporary facility and utilization planning
• Assist PM on detailed planning of monthly work actives, weekly schedule
• Update master program
• Assist PM to draft all the progress meeting, coordination meeting minutes, method statement
• Have experiences and able to perform delay analysis to demonstrate the number of EOT required and/ or resulted by the any delay events, to keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and Variation claim.
• Incorporating Cost and Resource Planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into the Master Programme.
• Well versed in Earn Value Method to track progress of project.
• Well versed in Critical Path Analysis

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience
• Good technical knowledge
• Qualified and experienced in planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6 software
