Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Planner / Senior Planner in Singapore to lead project scheduling for complex, data-centre or pharmaceutical-style programmes, shaping the schedule with a clear WBS and ownership. You will build full project schedules, baselines, and updates, coordinating with partners and stakeholders to achieve on-time delivery.

All interviews are conducted in person or virtually with video required.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling for large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong experience with QRA and communicating findings to key partners.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via WBS methodology.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and provide regular updates on progress.
• Review external schedules to ensure best practices are used.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between partners for client outcomes.
