Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Physiotherapy required and AHPC registration.
• Senior Physiotherapist experience and ability to supervise junior staff preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and provide individualised physiotherapy treatment based on needs and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and self-management.
• Recommend and train clients in use of assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and discharge planning.
• Participate in clinical programs, audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend relevant training and continuing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation requirements.
• Mentor and supervise Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
• Support team development, service improvement, and staff training.
