PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join a growing team across day centres and rehab settings in Singapore. You will assess adults, develop ICPs, and deliver treatments in centre, community, and home-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
• Passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Conduct assessments and provide physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) with caregivers and other health professionals.
• Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre- or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
• Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.
