Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist to support seniors in our eldercare facilities. You will assess mobility, plan and deliver targeted therapies, and work with nurses and care staff to enhance independence and quality of life. The role requires AHPC registration, a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, and at least three years’ relevant experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare or eldercare experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess seniors' mobility and physical function, and develop suitable care plans.
• Conduct physiotherapy treatments and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support seniors' well-being.
• Guide and support Therapy Assistants in delivering quality care.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans when needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and client records.
• Conduct training for staff when required.
• Support quality improvement projects and other assigned duties.
