Job summary

Nscale in Singapore seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Physical Security to lead regional deployments across new data center construction, campus expansions, and technology upgrades. You will coordinate with Construction, Security Operations, Network Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Security to ensure security requirements are met throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading physical security or technology deployment programs.
• Experience delivering security systems for hyperscale data centers or large facilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with design, construction, and operations.
• Experience site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional physical security deployment programs.
• Act as the primary customer-facing security representative during delivery.
• Coordinate milestones across design, construction, operations, networking, procurement, and customer security teams.
• Ensure customer contractual security requirements are achieved.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and security deliverables.
• Coordinate operational readiness and transition from construction into operations.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation.
• Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned.
