Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking an experienced LPG Trader to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing trading opportunities, sourcing, marketing and arbitrage to optimize margins in a dynamic energy market.

You will execute the full trading cycle including market analysis, deal structuring, and logistics coordination, leveraging relationships with producers, refiners, shipping lines and end-users to expand the LPG desk. Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years proven LPG trading experience.
• Strong understanding of global LPG markets and pricing mechanisms.
• Track record of executing physical LPG trades and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop LPG trading opportunities from scratch including sourcing, marketing and arbitrage.
• Execute full trading cycle: market analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, logistics, risk management.
• Leverage relationships with producers, refiners, shipping companies, and end-users to grow portfolio and volumes.
• Role reports to General Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and build LPG trading opportunities from scratch, including sourcing, marketing and arbitrage strategies to optimize margins.
• Execute the full trading cycle covering market analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, logistics coordination and risk management.
• Leverage established relationships with producers, refiners, shipping companies, and end-users to expand the LPG trading portfolio and drive incremental volumes and profitability.
• Role reports to General Manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years proven experience in LPG trading or related energy commodities, with a strong understanding of global LPG markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply–demand dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of executing physical LPG trades, scaling LPG desks from ground up including contract negotiation, logistics, shipping, and counterparty coordination.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills advantageous.
