Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and work closely with licensed pharmacists.

You will assist with medication preparation, dispensing and related duties, help manage stock, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth pharmacy operations under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing and related pharmacy activities.
• Support the accurate processing and handling of medication orders under the direction of the pharmacist.
• Assist with the receipt, storage, stock checking and replenishment of medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure pharmacy stock is organised and adequately maintained.
• Provide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Pharmacy.
• Perform other duties related to pharmacy operations as assigned by the supervisor.
