Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a pharmacy support staff to assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging and dispensing medications in line with established procedures.

You will help process prescriptions under supervision, manage inventory, maintain stock records, ensure proper storage of medications and supplies, and support general pharmacy operations and administration. EA License No: 20C0270.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in the preparation, packaging and dispensing of medications in accordance with established pharmacy procedures.
• Assist with the processing of prescriptions and medication orders under the supervision and direction of the pharmacist.
• Perform inventory-related activities, including receiving, checking, organising, storing and replenishing medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are properly stored and handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Assist with general pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Carry out other pharmacy-related responsibilities as assigned by the pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.
