Job summary

NATIONAL SKIN CENTRE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide safe dispensing and patient education in outpatient care. The role involves medication reviews and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) required.
• Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council required.
• Clinical practice experience of 3–8 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and education to patients and caregivers.
• Perform medication reviews and interventions with evidence-based recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy.
• Assist in supervising pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine outpatient care.
• Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants.
• Participate in research and quality improvement activities with relevant stakeholders.

• Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy


• Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy


• Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants


• Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
