Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end pharmaceutical EPCM projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, EMA). You will report to senior leadership and drive delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• 7+ years of proven project management experience leading pharmaceutical EPCM or cleanroom/pharma construction projects.
• In-depth GMP, FDA, EMA knowledge; validation protocols IQ/OQ/PQ; and local Singapore building regulations.
• Proficient with project controls software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full EPCM project execution from detailed planning and risk management to budget control and handover in GMP compliant manner.
• Review technical designs, manage procurement cycles, negotiate vendor contracts, and track long-lead equipment deliveries to mitigate schedule risks.
• Supervise site construction, manage safety and quality compliance, and coordinate testing, commissioning, and qualification IQ/OQ/PQ phases.
• Lead client interface, manage milestone reviews, scope changes, and alignment with internal and external partners.
• Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction), monitor project KPIs, and deliver regular progress reports to executives.
