Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a project-based, on-site engineer to lead and coordinate assigned work packages in Singapore. You will drive delivery with EPCM, CQV, SMEs, procurement and vendors, ensuring scope, budget and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong regulatory awareness and hands-on execution in a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, managing risks, coordinating FAT/SAT and commissioning activities, and ensuring lifecycle

Qualifications

Proven experience leading work packages and managing resources.
Understanding of CQV processes and regulatory requirements (GMP/GEP).
Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification or equipment handover.
Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate assigned work packages, delivering to scope, budget and schedule.
Coordinate with EPCM, CQV, SMEs, Procurement, vendors and other stakeholders to drive delivery.
Monitor progress, risks and dependencies, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Manage supplier/vendor performance and resolve technical and commercial issues.
Ensure compliance with engineering, SHE, GMP and GEP requirements.
