Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer to manage complex power plant or industrial projects from feasibility through handover. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant project experience, with a focus on meeting regulatory and safety standards while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years power plant or industrial project experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and planning through construction, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring successful project delivery
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop technical specifications, evaluate tenders, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and oversee site installation, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements while maintaining accurate project records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Partner with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives and provide regular project updates to management.
