Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Performance QA Engineer to join a leading global fintech firm. You will focus on stability, scalability, and performance of low-latency trading and data platforms in an agile environment.

You will conduct deep performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance‑driven design with engineering and architecture teams, promoting best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in performance engineering and QA for real-time systems.
Hands-on Java coding experience.
Experience with distributed systems performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Conduct deep performance testing and analysis on low-latency, real-time systems.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the technology stack.
Explore, evaluate, and recommend performance testing tools and methodologies.
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to advise on performance-optimized system design.
Perform system-level analysis covering throughput, latency, concurrency, scalability, and failover.
Review existing architecture and drive performance-focused improvements.
Communicate findings and insights to technical stakeholders, business teams, and leadership.
Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and re-test performance metrics.
Promote and contribute to a performance-driven engineering mindset across teams.
