ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Techno Functional consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience across PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Payroll interfaces.

The role covers design, development, configurations, integrations, and ITIL-aligned incident/change/problem management support. Expertise in Core HR, eProfile, ePerformance, and Global Payroll is required, with strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Designer, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience as PeopleSoft Techno Functional consultant.
• Expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP including design, development of custom applications, configurations, integrations, implementation, data analysis, performance tuning and testing for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, 9.1, 8.9, FSCM 9.2 and ELM 9.0.
• Hands-on experience in Core HR, TAM & CG, ESS, MSS, eCompensation, Absence Management, eProfile, ePerformance, Payroll Interface, Security, Global Payroll, NA Payroll and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience in Finance module is an added advantage.
• Technical expertise in PeopleSoft Development and Integrations tools includes Application Designer, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, Application Package, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Workflow, Process Scheduler, DataMover, Forms and PS Query.
• Experience in Incident management, Change management, Problem management and Service Request fulfillment processes.
• Expertise in ITIL lifecycle phases (ITIL V3 Foundation) and certified ITIL V3 preferred.
