Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced PeopleSoft consultant to manage client projects and lead functional teams through the full lifecycle. The role involves oversight of upgrade, data migration, and configuration across GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets Mgt, and Treasury modules.

The successful candidate will coordinate with clients and project managers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft experience
• PeopleSoft 9.0 experience or higher
• Upgrade, implementation and data migration experience
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup and Testing
• Full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations as a functional lead for GL/AP/AR and other financial modules

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting as SME and lead clients through the SDLC
• Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
• Assist clients in integrating PeopleSoft into current environments and suggest best practices
• Manage end-to-end change requests, maintenance and support including tickets
• Advise client on options, risks and impacts on related processes
• Configure/customize to meet client business requirements
• Report progress to clients and project managers
• Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology
• Deliver solutions and provide effective operational support without disrupting services

Job description

An IT service provider has a requirement to engage experienced techno-functional consultant(s) to manage its PeopleSoft projects. Pending project, the successful candidate may be stationed at the client’s site.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
• Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
• Manage end-to-end change requests, system maintenance and supports (incl tickets handling)
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure/customize the system and/or to develop functionalities to meet each client’s unique business requirements
• Report progress to clients and project managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
• Provision of solutions to meet client’s requirements and effective operational support, completing tasks in timely manner without disrupting services

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft experience

• Technically solid with PeopleSoft full lifecycle implementations as a functional lead for all PeopleSoft financials modules that includes GL/AP/AR/ Procurement / Assets Mgt / Treasury modules etc
