Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and finalization.

Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations.

Validate payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, allowances, deductions, and overtime.

Support internal/external audits and ensure strong payroll controls.
