Job summary

Google is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager for gTech Ads Agency and Partners to own the end-to-end partner delivery lifecycle, from strategic planning to governance, activation, and performance management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate C-suite partner relationships, directing strategic governance, incentives, and executive reviews.
• Serve as the primary liaison across partners, agency sales, regional gTech, and product teams to optimize engagement.
• Evaluate partner technical maturity and define enablement requirements with onboarding for certification.
• Oversee the partner delivery lifecycle, advising on complex advertiser activations and deploying internal teams as needed.
• Govern the activation pipeline, track velocity, and ensure deliverables meet high technical standards before incentive validation.
