• Clinical leadership experience in palliative care settings.
• Ability to design and deliver education programmes in palliative care and communication.
• Experience in building multidisciplinary team capacity and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist palliative care consultations, including complex symptom management and end-of-life care.
• Lead and mentor junior doctors and palliative care team members.
• Design and deliver structured education programmes in palliative care, communication skills, and end-of-life management.
• Build palliative care competencies across the hospital through teaching and interprofessional learning.
• Lead development and implementation of palliative care policies, pathways, and SOPs.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and outcome measurement related to end-of-life care.
• Support compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and clinical governance requirements.
• Promote safe, ethical, and evidence-based palliative care practices across services.
• Strengthen integration between hospital, community partners, home care, and hospice services.
