Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Outsystems Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications for a government digital transformation initiative with nationwide impact.

You will work on front-end and back-end, integrate RESTful APIs, and contribute to serverless components and microservices. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with a compensation up to S$10,000 plus AWS benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of hands‑on OutSystems development experience
• Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio and the OutSystems development platform
• Experience with Serverless tools, containers or AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, or other web technologies
• Familiarity with API integration and external system connectivity

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web-based applications
• Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust backend services
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems
• Build supporting integrations, microservices, and serverless components to enhance and extend system functionality
