Senior OTT & OSS/BSS Integration Lead

Job summary

Singtel is seeking an OSS/BSS Integration Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end OTT platform integration with enterprise systems, including customer management, billing, content, and cloud streaming services.

You will serve as the technical lead, coordinating across Product Development, IT, Network Engineering, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions and to govern complex program delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years’ experience in IPTV, OTT or digital video platforms.
• Strong understanding of OTT architecture and streaming workflows.
• Experience managing multi-vendor technical projects.
• Experience delivering cloud-based platforms.
• Strong systems integration background.
• Experience coordinating frontend, backend and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of the OTT platform with OSS/BSS systems.
• Lead delivery of strategic OTT platform initiatives from requirements through production deployment.
• Coordinate technical activities across internal teams, IT, Product Development, and external vendors.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead BSS integration across OTT platform, cloud service and OTT client.
• Work closely with engineering teams on OTT solution architecture, integration design and service resiliency.
• Manage change implementation and rollback planning.

Education

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent
