Job summary

Jetstar, part of the Qantas Group, is seeking a senior role to lead indirect online sales and partnerships across assigned Asia markets. The role focuses on building and expanding OTA and metasearch partnerships, driving revenue growth and managing contract governance with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will develop market plans, optimize online channels, and ensure channel alignment with commercial priorities while delivering incremental value across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in business, commerce, economics, engineering, aviation, travel, tourism or related discipline.
• Experience delivering revenue outcomes across international markets, preferably Asia Pacific.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation, partner contracting and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain engaged partnerships with online travel agents, metasearchers and aggregators.
• Drive revenue growth and ancillary performance through OTA and partner channels.
• Lead market development and partner governance across assigned Asia markets.
• Manage contract compliance, governance and risk with cyber, legal and operations teams.
• Provide reporting on partner performance, market trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Finance, Planning, Revenue Management and Digital teams.
