ASSISI Hospice is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a clinical caseload and support palliative rehabilitation across care settings. You will deliver evidence-based, individualized care through holistic assessment, treatment and evaluation.

The role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, active participation in service reviews, and ongoing learning and adherence to clinical guidelines. Supervision of therapy assistants is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council.
• At least 3 years of experience in an acute hospital or community setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinical caseload and support palliative rehabilitation across care settings.
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care through holistic assessment, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to meet patient needs.
• Participate in service reviews to drive service improvement.
• Contribute to implementation and monitoring of clinical guidelines.
