PAP Community Foundation seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead therapy services at our Senior Care Centre. You will assess clients on admission and during reviews, plan treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Strong communication with families is essential. The role requires a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy with AHPC registration and at least 3 years of hospital or eldercare experience, preferably in community settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Fully registered with AHPC.
• Minimum 3 years in a hospital or eldercare setting; community experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate disposition to interact with frail seniors.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run occupational therapy services in Senior Care Centre.
• Conduct assessments for SCC clients during admission and reviews.
• Institute effective client therapy treatment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care team discussions.
• Contribute to Individual Care Plans (ICP) for holistic care.
• Plan and conduct group therapy programmes for day care clients.
• Review and revise therapy programmes to improve quality.
• Ensure proper documentation of therapy records.
