Qualifications

Experience with design, modelling and performance tuning of Oracle databases.
Strong backup and recovery experience with RMAN and Data Guard.
Experience with Oracle RAC and ASM in production environments.
Linux operating system experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain core Oracle applications and SQL/PLSQL processes.
Ensure database availability and security standards.
Monitor performance and capacity; optimize architecture.
Execute data migration jobs and support hardware sizing for DBs.
Create and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.
Document DB policies, procedures and standards.
