Job summary

Binance is expanding TradFi offerings and seeks an Operations lead to own the end-to-end processes behind equities, ETFs and tokenized equities, including reconciliation with clearing brokers and corporate actions.

You will develop, maintain and refine SOPs and risk controls, and collaborate with Product and Tech across launches and workflow design while ensuring compliance with regulatory principles and client-asset protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TradFi, securities/brokerage/exchange ops.
• In-depth knowledge of equity/ETF trade ops; derivatives exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on with corporate actions, reconciliation, clearing & settlement, or trade support.
• Strong SOP development and control design.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Compliance and Support.
• Familiar with brokerage regulatory principles and client-asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Overssee daily operations across TradFi product suite in line with policies and regulations.
• Develop, maintain and enhance SOPs to reflect best practices and improve efficiency.
• Establish and implement operational risk management procedures.
• Process equities corporate actions accurately and on time.
• Own reconciliation between Binance and clearing brokers; investigate and escalate breaks.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to support new product launches and workflow design.

About the role

As we expand our services into traditional-finance (TradFi) products, this role owns the operational processes behind offerings such as equities, ETFs and tokenized equities. Your remit spans reconciliation with clearing brokers, corporate actions, and operational support across Product, Tech and Customer Support. As these products are at an early stage, a key part of the role is building and refining the SOPs and controls that underpin them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily operations across the suite of TradFi products, in line with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect industry best practices and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and implement operational risk management procedures to mitigate operational and market risks.
• Process equities corporate actions accurately and on time.
• Own reconciliation between the company and its clearing brokers, including break investigation and escalation.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support new product launches and workflow design

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the TradFi industry, preferably in securities, brokerage or exchange operations.
• Strong knowledge of trade operations across equities and ETFs; exposure to listed derivatives (futures/perpetuals) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience driving corporate actions, reconciliation, clearing & settlement, or trade support / middle office.
• Fluency in building clear SOPs and designing operational controls.
• Ability to work effectively across Product, Tech, Compliance and Customer Support.
• Familiarity with the regulatory principles and industry practices around brokerage operations and client-asset protection
