Job summary

B H S KINETIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Truck-IT department’s day-to-day operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate transport planning, fleet readiness, manpower deployment, safety, service performance and operational control, while guiding Planner and Fleet Supervisors to meet targets and customer requirements. You will lead safety initiatives, monitor OTIF and asset utilisation, and drive continuous improvement through collaboration with Planning, Fleet,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, independent and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Truck-IT operations and coordinate planning and fleet readiness.
• Lead Planner Supervisor and Fleet Supervisor; ensure collaboration with departments.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and drive safety improvements.
• Monitor safety, cargo damage reduction, and accident prevention initiatives.
• Drive manpower productivity and fleet utilisation improvements.
• Promote digital adoption and use of TMS, GPS, and driver apps.
