Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Checker to support warehouse operations. The role focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.

You will liaise with CSR and transporters, verify documentation, and support cycle count and reporting. The position requires 1 year of relevant experience, WMS familiarity, and strong Excel skills, all in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in warehouse operations or customer service.
• Experience with WMS and RF/Ring scanners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with CSR and transporters on daily operational matters and order planning.
• Act as the focal point for inbound and outbound shipment enquiries.
• Coordinate internally to ensure orders and shipments are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Check and ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Verify shipment documentation for accuracy and ensure timely submission and proper record retention.
• Support cycle count administration and inventory tracking.
• Oversee shipment arrangements, cargo release and shipment closure.
• Prepare, consolidate and submit accurate operational reports and data to relevant stakeholders.
• Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.
• Ensure receiving non-conformances and exceptions are identified and reported promptly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Perform other warehouse operational duties as assigned.
