is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, supervise a multi-site team of operations managers, supervisors, and security officers, and deploy personnel to client sites based on operational needs. You will monitor staffing, conduct site inspections, maintain client relationships, handle feedback and incidents, ensure compliance with MOM and PWM, and help streamline procedures and reporting while

Formación

• Diploma or degree in business administration or security management.
• 5–8 years of security industry experience, in an operations role.
• Proven experience leading large teams across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the overall daily security operations of the company.
• Supervise Operations Managers, Supervisors and Security Officers to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, coordinate and deploy security personnel to client sites according to operational requirements.
• Monitor manpower strength, attendance, punctuality and staff performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure security officers comply with company policies and client requirements.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, managing agents and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, operational issues and incident investigations.
• Ensure all security operations comply with MOM, PLRD and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Review and improve operational procedures, deployment plans and security standards.
• Manage manpower shortages, replacements, leave arrangements and emergency deployments.
• Prepare operational reports, incident reports and performance updates for management.
• Support business development by participating in client meetings, site assessments and service reviews.
• Monitor operational costs and ensure manpower resources are utilised efficiently.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Security Management or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the security industry, preferably in an operations management role.

3. Proven experience managing large teams of security personnel and multiple client sites.

4. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good knowledge of Singapore security industry regulations, including PLRD licensing requirements and Progressive Wage Model (PWM).

6. Ability to handle operational challenges, manpower planning and client management.

7. Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.

9. Able to work independently and under pressure.

10. Willing to work beyond normal office hours when operational emergencies arise.
