Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (JurongHealth Campus) invites applications for Senior / Staff Nurse (Operating Theatre) to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical setting. The role supports surgeons and the theatre team, preparing the OR, handling instruments, and ensuring safety and infection control throughout procedures.

We welcome candidates with nursing degrees or State Registered Nurse certificates; advanced nursing qualifications are preferred for senior roles and applicants

Qualifications

• Registered with SNB.
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
• Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred for Senior.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care with team members and surgeons.
• Assist surgeons by providing instruments, needles, swabs and other materials as required.
• Prepare the operating room with equipment, supplies, and consumables for the procedure.
• Check equipment prior to surgery to ensure proper function.
• Monitor patient during anesthesia recovery and provide ongoing care.
• Maintain strict infection control standards throughout the procedure.
