DBS Asia Central is seeking an experienced KYC/AML specialist to lead end-to-end client onboarding and ongoing compliance within private banking. You will assess client profiles, guide Front Office, and coordinate with compliance teams to close KYC cases efficiently.

Responsibilities include collaboration across market regions, data-driven onboarding tracking, risk assessments, and staying updated on regulatory changes such as FATCA, CRS, and MAS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in KYC/AML and/or client onboarding in private banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MAS) and related guidelines.
• Certifications in AML (e.g., CAMS) would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding from prospect onboarding advisory to account opening.
• Assess client/profile and guide Front Office to obtain required corroboration.
• Partner RM in KYC write-up and ensure follow-up to closure before KYC submission.
• Conduct joint discussions with Front Office and KYC team to facilitate case decisions.
• Perform risk assessments and assist in documentation-related reworks.
• Assist in periodic reviews of client accounts to maintain ongoing compliance.
