DBS Asia Central is seeking a senior KYC/AML professional to lead onboarding initiatives within private banking. You will assess client profiles, coordinate with Front Office and KYC teams, and ensure timely completion of KYC submissions while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in KYC/AML, strong analytical skills, and experience with KYC software. Collaboration with Compliance and Front Office is essential for successful onboarding and ongoing reviews.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in KYC, AML and/or client onboarding in private banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MAS guidelines).
• Certifications in AML such as CAMS or ICA would be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Front Office and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with KYC software, databases, and banking systems; Excel/Tableau preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding from prospect onboarding to account opening.
• Assess client profile and guide Front Office to obtain required corroboration and information.
• Partner RM in KYC write-up and ensure follow-up with clients for KYC submission.
• Conduct joint discussions with Front Office and KYC teams to facilitate case decisions.
• Perform risk assessments and supervise documentation reworks for onboarding.
