Job summary

CopperCo Talent Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced architectural construction supervisor to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in Singapore.

The role requires oversight of construction progress, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and client requirements. You will drive safety compliance, quality control, and timely reporting to the Superintending Officer and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised education in relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects and working with Main Contractors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client, Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quality Surveyor and Contractors to align on project goals.
• Monitor progress according to Master Schedules with monthly, weekly, and daily programmes.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to Superintending Officer.
• Study Approved Construction Drawings and Specifications for discrepancies.
• Ensure contractor compliance with specifications, drawings, method statements and regulatory requirements.
• Verify materials delivered on site meet approved specimens.
• Enforce Safety Rules & Regulations per MOM and internal standards; maintain housekeeping and safe access.
• Provide proactive site inspections and early warning to ensure quality finishes.
• Update amended drawings and record daily site activities.
