Job summary

SGS SINGAPORE DIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Senior Procurement Executive to support offshore and marine operations.

You will manage procurement activities, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and vendor relations to ensure timely availability of equipment and spares for vessel maintenance. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in offshore/marine procurement, with strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Marine Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 3-4 years of procurement experience in offshore/marine related sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with procurement and inventory management systems; Maintenance Pro is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions for equipment, materials, spare parts, and consumables.
• Source competitive quotations from suppliers and service providers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and terms with vendors.
• Raise and issue Purchase Orders (POs) per procedures.
• Monitor outstanding orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for local and international shipments.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and documentation.
