Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Singapore-based projects in Offshore FPSO, Oil & Gas, and LNG terminal sectors. You will lead process design, simulations, and P&ID development, while guiding equipment sizing, hydraulics calculations, and process safety studies.

The role requires extensive experience in hydrocarbons and leadership of process teams on complex projects, with a preference for candidates with Lead/Area Lead experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in hydrocarbon project design and execution.
• Experience with Offshore FPSO, Oil & Gas, LNG terminal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering and design including configuration and optimization studies.
• Perform simulations, prepare flowsheets, heat and material balances, and utility balances.
• Create P&IDs and process datasheets for equipment and instruments.
• Conduct relief and blowdown studies and analyze flare network requirements.
• Lead process calculations for equipment sizing and hydraulics.
• Develop process design philosophies and operating guides.
• Collaborate on FEED and detailed design projects.
