Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Aerospace/Mechanical/Aviation Management or related disciplines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management with internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Experience in preparing and presenting operational reports.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA experience is a plus.
• Power BI proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee tracking and expediting of aircraft component returns to ensure timely recovery of assets.
• Manage end-to-end component return process, including loan/exchange closures and timely returns to vendors.
• Evaluate component vintage, applicability, and value to determine return strategies to vendors.
• Provide operational oversight to CRU teams in multiple locations, ensuring process alignment.
• Act as regional escalation point for core return issues and coordinate cross-location tasks.
• Monitor, analyse, and report core return KPIs across departments and customers.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports to track core return status and trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers for smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the tracking and expediting of aircraft component returns from local and overseas airline customers to ensure timely recovery of assets Manage the end-to-end component return process, including loan and exchange order closures, and ensure timely return of parts to vendors to prevent late return penalties
• Optimise asset utilisation by evaluating component vintage, applicability, and commercial value when determining return strategies to vendors
• Provide operational oversight and guidance to CRU teams in Singapore, APACS (KL), and India (Delhi), ensuring alignment in processes, priorities, and service standards
• Act as the regional escalation point for core return issues, driving cross location coordination to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely component recovery
• Monitor, analyse, and report core return KPIs across internal user departments and customers
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to provide visibility on core return status and trends
• Identify, plan, and implement process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and turnaround time
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure smooth operational workflow and timely resolution of issues; &
• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in aviation, MRO operations, logistics, or supply chain environment will be an advantage
• Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other relevant disciplines
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Proficiency in Excel, experience in basic Visual Basic for Applications will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in using Power BI will be an advantage.
• Experience leading a team comprising different age groups.
• Experience in preparing and presenting operational reports.
