Job summary

TDCX, Singapore-headquartered, is seeking a Senior Office Safety & Compliance Account Expert to strengthen safety policies and risk management across its operations. You will develop guidelines, analyze incidents, and liaise with leadership to ensure ongoing compliance.

The candidate will lead policy writing, risk assessments, and reporting, with strong communication skills and knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations. This role offers a platform for growth within a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience writing health & safety reports.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop OSH policies and programs.
• Research, advise, and draft safety guidelines on topics like noise, equipment, renovation, ergonomics.
• Conduct risk assessments and report incidents to management.
• Review and update policies to comply with legislation.
• Inspect premises with internal teams to identify non-conformities.
