Job summary

You will collaborate with nurses and caregivers, guide staff on exercises, monitor progress, and maintain patient records. A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration are required; experience with seniors or rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess seniors’ needs and develop therapy plans.
• Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve daily living and independence.
• Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support seniors' well-being.
• Guide and train care staff on therapy activities and exercises.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust therapy plans when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and client records.
